How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Drop In To Shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Love that it supports ONVIF and RSTP, making it super versatile for integration with various systems. The chime it comes with isn't too loud, but it does the job. Records non-stop locally, and the night vision clarity is top-notch. Just missing vehicle and package detection, but I get around that by using AI detection from other systems I port this camera into. Wish it had a built-in battery backup. Still, a fantastic doorbell cam overall.
Was a bit on the fence about getting this doorbell cam, especially after my Ring gave up on me. Decided to give it a shot, and it's been one of my best purchases. With the porch light, it gives me clear color footage day and night. And no subscription needed as long as you've got an SD card. Really great buy.
It's been a few months, and after some effort, we managed to link it to our Amazon Show (needed to dig around Google for tips since support wasn't much help). It's working smoothly now. Definitely grab a memory card for playback. Installation was supposed to be easy, but it helps to have some know-how and maybe check out a few YouTube tutorials.

Being pretty into home security, I was keen to see how the REOLINK Doorbell WiFi Camera stacked up. It's a wired, 5MP outdoor video doorbell that delivers crystal clear footage and reliability, which is crucial for home safety. It supports 5G WiFi for a stable, fast connection, perfect for live streaming and getting alerts on time. The best part? No subscription fees and you keep all your footage locally, so you're in full control of your data. Setting it up was straightforward, and the ability to customize the chime ring adds a nice personal touch. The motion detection and alert customization cut down on false alarms, making it a solid choice for both home security buffs and newcomers.
Setting up this doorbell was a breeze. Ended up grabbing the latest app directly from the Reolink site after the app store showed an older version. The app's easy to navigate with plenty of options for setting up views. Love that I can save recordings on an SD card and avoid cloud storage.
Setting this doorbell camera up was hassle-free without needing to fuss with Reolink cloud accounts or apps. Just followed the Home Assistant Reolink integration guide, got it connected to my WiFi, and had full control over settings through the local web admin. Despite living on a busy street, the AI person detection has been impressively accurate, only recording actual people passing by. All data stays local, which is perfect for privacy. The image quality and color night vision are both impressive.
Already had indoor Reolink cameras, so going for their doorbell camera made sense. Decided against Ring because of the forced subscription for local storage. Installation was simple, motion detection works well, and the picture quality is clear. Using the same app for all my Reolink devices is super convenient. Very happy with it.
Prefers this over the Nest. Only downside is the lack of playback in the Google Home app.
